Jermelle McNeill, 45, was arrested after Ridgefield Police Officer Theo Abdallah found the Glock 19 -- which had been reported stolen -- before dawn on Sunday, May 21, Lt. Bruno Carbone said. Francis A. Garzon, 30, and Endrit Kllogjeri, 26, were both charged with conspiracy to commit extortion in an indictment returned by a jury in U.S. District Court in Trenton.
