Prosecutor: Atlantic County Dealer Arrested In Fatal Cocaine-Fentanyl Overdose A 42-year-old man from Atlantic County has been detained in connection with the fatal drug overdose of a teenage father, authorities said. Freddie W.. Smith of Vineland was charged with first-degree strict liability for a drug induced death, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said. On Friday, a judge granted the state's motion to detain Smith, Tyner said. On March 11, Smith is accused of selling a fatal combination of cocaine and fentanyl to Anthony Armitage, Jr. of Weymouth. according to Tyner.
