Probation Officer Admits Extorting Sex From Woman, Faces 10 Years In Prison A 48-year-old probation officer admitted to sexually assaulting a woman he supervised while she was in drug court and threatening to send her to jail. Henry C. Cirignano of Wall Township, pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault by coercion and one count of official misconduct during a hearing in Superior Court of Ocean County in Toms River before Judge Wendel E. Daniels.
