Pedestrians Struck In Separate Hit-Run Crashes In Jersey Shore Town Two separate hit-and-run crashes involving pedestrians being struck took place within hours of each other on Sunday, Oct. 15 in Manchester Township.  The Manchester Township Police Department is actively investigating both incidents, urging the public's assistance in identifying the vehicles and drivers involved.
