Neptune Township Man, 26, Arrested In Monmouth Park Sports Betting Robbery One of three men suspected of robbing a sports gambler returning to home in Keyport with a "large sum" of cash winnings has been arrested, authorities said. Telquan Adams, 26, of Neptune Township has been charged with robbery, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said. If convicted, Adams faces up to 10 years in state prison, the prosecutor said.
