Girls Drugged Into 'Zombie-Like' State, Beaten, Burned In NJ: Affidavit Court documents revealed disturbing details about the abuse suffered by five girls for more than five years at the hands of the three adults they had been living within Cape May. Pedestrian, 60, Killed In South Jersey Crash A 60-year-old pedestrian from Wildwood was killed in a crash in Cape May County, authorities said. On Wednesday, May 17, at approximately 6:40 a.m., the Middle Township Police Department responded to Fulling Mill Road (Route 654) in the Rio Grande section of Middle Township for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. Investigation revealed the pedestrian was crossing Fulling Mill Road and was struck by a motor vehicle that was traveling south, police said.
