Registered Sex Offender Convicted Of New Crimes Against Jersey Shore Juvenile: Prosecutor A Monmouth County Jury has returned a guilty verdict against an Asbury Park man who sexually abused a juvenile over the course of a period of multiple years, authorities said. Julian B. Hart, 38, was a registered sex offender, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago. Hart was found guilty of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, child endangerment and other charges, Santiago said.
