Serious Rush-Hour Crash Reported on I-195 In Central Jersey Police, firefighters and EMS crews were called to a serious crash on Interstate 196 in Monmouth County,  authorities said. The one-car crash was reported shortly before 4 p.m. at mile-marker 11 on I-195 westbound in Upper Freehold, initial reports said. The crash victim was being taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, according to an unconfirmed report.  CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES
