Ice Cream Truck Tumbles Down Palisades, Good Samaritans Help Rescue Driver HEROES: A group of good Samaritans rushed to a driver's aid Thursday after his ice cream truck tumbled partly down the Palisades above the Hudson River in Fort Lee.
