Daniel McDonald of Somerset was indicted for one count of first-degree bias intimidation, one count of second-degree bias intimidation, and two counts of making terroristic threats against police officers. McDonald allegedly hurled racial insults at Jamesburg police officers in December and damaged the patrol car after being taken into custody.
