The New Jersey Transit Police Department – Detective Bureau is reviving an investigation into the cold case from June 15, 2008, when the woman was struck in Brielle. ⁣The victim is  possibly of Northeastern European descent, estimated to be between 18 and 30 years old, approximately 115 to 130 pounds, 5’2” to 5”5” tall, with fair skin and light brown or blonde hair and blue or green eyes.  When found, she was wearing a red colored, longsleeve sweats…

The multi-agency probe "conclusively identified John Pelletier, formerly of Barnegat Township, as the individual responsible for the murder of Deborah 'Debbie' Ann Bloomquist, 30, of Ocean Township (Monmouth County), in Barnegat in 1991," Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Christopher Willis of Long Branch has been charged with first-degree murder related to the death of Norberto Nieves, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
