Dwahn Davis, 39, was charged with driving while intoxicated, hindering apprehension, three counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, two counts of criminal mischief, and refusal to be fingerprinted. He's accused of wounding another man, police said. The vehicle that was allegedly shot at in broad daylight had multiple occupants including two infants and the shooting victim from Pleasantville, police said in a statement.
