Victim Takes Fatal Fall From Bally's Casino Parking Garage, Atlantic City Police Say An unidentified man fell from Bally's casino parking garage in Atlantic City and was found in the street, authorities said. The man, whose identity had not been released pending notification of kin, reportedly fell at 6:38 a.m. Monday on the beach block of Michigan Avenue, Atlantic City police said.  It was not clear how many stories he fell from. Medical personnel arrived and the man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.  The fall had not been ruled suspicious.  Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call the Atlantic City Police Department …

Dante J. McCluney has been charged with burglary, theft and conspiracy, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner.
