Authorities Seek Public's Help In Shooting That Left Jersey Shore Man Dead In His Car Authorities in Monmouth County seek the public's help in a shooting that took place in the fall. A 26-year-old Neptune Township man was fatally shot in his car. On Oct. 6, at approximately 10:48 p.m., Neptune Township Police Department responded to the 1700 block of Heck Avenue for a report of shots fired. Police found the victim, Devin Agolio-Stout, who was located in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
