Pedestrian Struck, Airlifted On Route 9 (Developing)

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Route 9 in Marlboro, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 4:30 p.m. on Route 9 near Robertsville Road, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Route 9 northbound was closed, 611nj.org reported.

An unconfirmed report said a patient with a head injury was airlifted.
