Police responded to multiple fights at the Monmouth Mall on Sunday night, Aug. 27, according to Lt. Edward Nelson, an Eatontown police spokesman..
The theatres drew a -large crowd because it was $4 ticket night, he said.
Two juveniles were arrested, ages 14 and 15. They were arrested for defiant trespass at the AMC theater "after being told to leave several times and not doing so," Nelson said.
Mutual aid from other towns had to be called to get the crowd under control.
