18 Years Later NJ Man Charged In 2nd Home Invasion Sex Assault Of Child An Egg Harbor City man who last week was charged with the sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl during a 1996 home invasion has been accused of doing the same to a 5-year-old girl, authorities announced Wednesday.
