Passenger, 80, Dies From Injuries In South Jersey Crash An 80-year-old passenger in a crash last week has died of her injuries. Delores McCreight, of Northfield, was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division with life-threatening injuries from the crash, police said on Thursday, Sept. 8. The crash occurred on Friday, Sept. 2, at 3:38 p.m. at the intersection of Tilton Road, Washington Avenue and Uibel Avenue in Egg Harbor Township. Body Found In South Jersey, Authorities Say A body was found in Atlantic County on Sunday, authorities said. The suspicious death occurred about 4 p.m. in Egg Harbor Township, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office.  Police responded to  Tilton Road where Egg Harbor Township Police found the body of a 45 year-old man from Egg Harbor, authorities said. The man's name had not been released. An autopsy was planned Tuesday. Heroes: Good Samaritans Rescue Woman Trapped In Overturned SUV Numerous motorists rushed to an overturned SUV to rescue an injured South Jersey driver on Wednesday, authorities said. A 2000 Nissan X-terra drivne by Marleny Taborda, 64, Egg Harbor Township, was traveling east on the Black Horse Pike through a red light at the intersection of Tilton Road when her SUV collided with a 2020 Ram Pro-master van driven by Edwin Watts, 75, years of Somers Point, according to Egg Harbor Township police.  Watts was making a left turn at 9:42 a.m. on Wednesday onto the Black Horse Pike to head west when he was struck, police said.
