A $1 million New Jersey Lottery ticket was among the more than $3 million in cash prizes sold last week across the state. Monday, Oct. 7, was particularly remunerative for nine winner. A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged on Thursday, Oct. 10 after he ran off with a 15-year-old girl in Guttenberg, authorities said. Nineteen retailers across New Jersey are facing $4,500 after an investigation found they'd been selling flavored vape products banned in the Garden State, the NJ Attorney General's Office said.
