Duo Caught At Train Station After Robbing Bank In Ardsley A man and a woman were apprehended at a train station in connection with a robbery at a bank in Westchester, police announced.  The robbery happened on Thursday, June 20 just before 9:30 a.m., when the Chase Bank at 875 Saw Mill River Rd. (Route 9A) in Ardsley set off a hold-up alarm. Lane Closures To Affect I-287 In Rye During Emergency Repairs A lane closure is set to slow traffic on a busy Westchester highway as crews perform emergency repairs, officials announced.  One of the two eastbound lanes on Interstate 287 in Rye near Exit 12 will close overnight on Friday, June 21, the New York State Thruway Authority announced. The closure will begin at 10 p.m. and will allow for emergency guide rail repairs, officials said.  There will also be several traffic stops during the work.

A busy intersection next to a Westchester elementary school has reopened after a crash.  The intersection of Harrison Avenue (Route 127) and Union Avenue next to the Harrison Avenue Elementary School is now open after it was briefly closed following a crash on Friday afternoon, June 21, Harrison Police announced.  The crash resulted in downed power lines at the intersection, the department added.  The closure caused delays during school pick-up.
