Kevin Roldan allegedly ran the light on Paterson Avenue and struck the other driver heading south on Harrison Street around 3 a.m. on Oct. 16, the outlet said citing a redacted criminal complaint. Police Quickly Arrest Trio In $10K Union City Bank Heist Three Jersey City men were arrested Tuesday shortly after police say they robbed a Union City bank.  A man entered Valley National Bank at 4405 Bergenline Ave. around 11 a.m. and handed a teller a note demanding cash, according to police. He left with about $10,000.  Union City police from the patrol division and the detective bureau responded, obtaining still photos of the suspected getaway vehicle's license plate and a photo of the suspect.
