𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: A 63-year-old hiker from Wayne who'd gone missing in Ringwood State Park was found a few miles away the next day across the state line in Rockland County, authorities said. Police say they can thank Ring and Facebook. Elmwood Park PD: Where Did Stolen Mail, Purse, Other Belongings In Hudson Trio's Car Come From?
A trio from Jersey City couldn’t explain what a stack of mail and other people’s belongings were doing in their car when they were stopped by Elmwood Park police before dawn Friday, authorities said. They also couldn’t name the friend whom they’d supposedly come to the area to visit, Police Chief Michael Foligno said. Two of them ended up in custody. A brand-new video shows two pigs fighting a black bear that crawled into their pen in Connecticut. WTNH, the ABC-TV affiliate in New Haven, published the video on Friday, March 18, which was sent from the owner of the pigs in the Litchfield County town of New Milford. The Ring camera footage shows the pigs fighting and chasing away a black bear after the bear crawled into their pen. Body Of NJ Man Missing For Months Found By Hunters, Police Say
The body of a well-known 23-year-old man missing for months was found by hunters in a wooded area in Sussex County, authorities confirmed Tuesday. North Warren High School graduate Daniel Cannone — who went missing last October — was found dead in Frankford early Sunday, Blairstown Police said. He was found near in a “not often traversed” wooded area near the Frankford Municipal Building, according to the NJHerald, which cites assistant Sussex County Prosecutor Gregory Mueller.
