Body Pulled From Passaic River
A man's body was pulled from the Passaic River on Monday, Nov. 14, authorities said. The unidentified male was found unresponsive around 2 p.m., near Newark's Riverfront Park at Raymond Boulevard and Freeman Street, Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. No further information was available, and the incident remains under investigation.

Man Beat Hotel Concierge During 11-Day Crime Spree Across Newark: Police
Authorities in Newark captured a man who beat a hotel concierge sending him to the hospital in the midst of an 11-day burglary spree, they said. Bryant Dudley, 36, was captured on surveillance video breaking into a laundromat, deli, clothing boutique, nail salon and two banks between April 10 and 21, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. A 25-year-old Newark man riding a motor scooter was killed by a hit-and-run driver before dawn Monday, authorities confirmed. Mohammed Sani Razaku was struck by the driver of a Volkswagen GTI on McCarter Highway between Market Street & Raymond Boulevard in Newark just before 12:05 a.m., Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. NJ Boy, 4, Found Unresponsive After Falling From Sixth Story Window
A 4-year-old boy who was found unresponsive after falling from sixth-story window in Newark was hospitalized Friday, authorities said. The incident occurred just before 2:20 p.m. from a building on Oxford Street near Raymond Boulevard, Newark Public Safety Director Brian O’Hara said. The child was transported to University Hospital for treatment and was reportedly in stable condition. The New Jersey Department of Child Protection and Placement responded to the scene. Cook Found Drowned In Passaic River In Harrison
Authorities were trying to determine how a Hackensack cook who worked at a popular Ridgefield Park pizzeria drowned in the Passaic River on the Fourth of July. Someone spotted the 30-year-old victim’s body on the Harrison side of the river from Raymond Boulevard in Newark just after 4:45 p.m., responders said. Harrison firefighters recovered the body near the PSE&G lot about 40 minutes later. Jersey City Man, 36, Killed In Newark Crash
A motorist died after a collision with a tractor-trailer in Newark Wednesday afternoon, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said. Jason Mullins, a 36-year-old from Jersey City, was traveling west on Raymond Boulevard near Chapel St. around 2:10 p.m. in a Chevy Trax when the crash occurred. The driver of the tractor-trailer remained at the scene. The accident occurred not far from a junction of major roadways including Rt. 1&9 and the Turnpike.
