Hoboken's mayor appears to be the first in New Jersey to urge George Floyd protestors to self-isolate and get COVID-19 tests. Mayor Ravi Bhalla on Sunday told anyone who attended Friday's protest along the waterfront to take precautions amid the coronavirus crisis.
