Two Jersey City Men Busted After Handgun Found: Bayonne PD Two Jersey City residents  were arrested on Saturday, Oct. 28 after Bayonne police discovered a handgun in a vehicle, authorities said. At 1:17 a.m., police observed a Chevrolet Malibu commit numerous traffic violations near East 53rd Street, officers said. Officers stopped the vehicle and discovered a 9mm semiautomatic handgun loaded with two hollow point and six full metal jacket bullets belong to Justice Scurry, 26, police said. A Route 202 business called police on Tuesday, Feb. 7 to check on a man — later identified as James A. Michael of Branchburg — who had been in the bathroom for more than an hour around 8:55 p.m., Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald said.
