Driver Hospitalized After Ho-Ho-Kus Collision An elderly Mini Cooper driver was hospitalized with serious injuries following a noontime crash in Ho-Ho-Kus. The other driver refused medical attention after the Clubman and Honda Insight collided at 1st Street and North Maple Avenue shortly after 12:30 p.m. Police, firefighters and EMS from both Ridgewood and Ho-Ho-Kus were among the responders, along with two rigs from The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Authorities Seek Help Finding Hit-Run Driver Who Struck Ho-Ho-Kus Woman Walking Dog Authorities asked the public’s help finding a hit-and-run driver who seriously injured a pedestrian walking her dog in Ho-Ho-Kus last month. The 57-year-old victim was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center following the 6:50 p.m. Nov. 26 crash after responders found her on the edge of the roadway at the intersection of North Maple Avenue and First Street, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Thursday. The woman had been walking her dog when she was struck by a red coupe or sedan, believed to be a 2009 Infiniti G37, a 2013-2015 Honda Accord or a 2018-2019 Hyundai Sonata. SEE: …

Ho-Ho-Kus police sought the public's help finding the hit-and-run driver whose sedan struck and severely injured a borough woman as she walked her dog near the Ridgewood border Tuesday night. The 57-year-old pedestrian was in a marked crosswalk on North Maple Avenue at 1st Street when she was struck around 7 p.m. by a red sedan that then kept going north on Maple, Ho-Ho-Kus Police Chief Christopher Minchin said.
