Owner Emma Taylor is a lifelong ice cream lover who began her career as art director at Condé Nast. Her true calling, though, was in the food industry. Taylor began her career as a pastry chef in 2009 at Gramercy Travern, but ultimately opened Milk Sugar Love in 2013.
