Bayonne Man Arrested Twice This Weekend
A 51-year-old Bayonne resident was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief within the space of a few days, police said. Michael J. Lapinski was arrested at around 7:20 p.m. Friday at the QuikChek on East 22nd Street. Police said he was seen writing on a vehicle with a marker, but Lapinski explained that the vehicle belonged to him and he was planning on "junking it," police said.
