Heroin Den On Wheels: User Had 4-Year-Old Boy, Drugs, More In Car, Palisades Parkway Police Say An erratic driver had just shot up heroin when police said they stopped him on the Palisades Interstate Parkway and found a sleeping 4-year-old boy, various drugs, dealing equipment and 730 used and unused hypodermic syringes in the car. A bag of cocaine fell from the waistband of Michael Rivera, 55, of the Bronx after police asked him to step out of the vehicle on the parkway in Englewood Cliffs, Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Sgt. Mahwah PD: Rockland Dealer, Hotel Companion Busted With Meth, More Thanks To Dangled SUV Mirror A rear-view mirror hanging off a new SUV drew the attention of a Mahwah police detective who ended up busting a Rockland dealer and a companion with meth and an assortment of other drugs for sale at a local hotel, authorities said. Before they were done, police had seized meth, cocaine, methadone, clonazepam, hypodermic needles and packaging materials, Police Chief Stephen Jaffe said. Detective Christopher Fasulo had gone to the hotel near the New York State border Monday night to check out a report of a stolen vehicle, Jaffe said. Charges Upgraded For NJ Daycare Teacher Whose Son, 3, Tested Positive For Methadone Charges were upgraded for a  44-year-old New Jersey dad and daycare worker whose 3-year-old son was found unresponsive and later tested positive for Methadone, authorities said Monday. Roberto Delgado-Gonzalez, of Guttenberg, was arrested last Monday evening and charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. On Oct. 19, he was charged with aggravated assault, and processed at the Hudson County Correctional Center in Kearny. Police responded to Delgado-Gonzalez's home at 68th Street between Park Avenue and Broadway …
