Two Alleged Jersey City Gang Members Charged In Revenge Shooting Two men believed to be members of a Jersey City street gang have been accused of shooting two others as payback for a murder last year, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Tuesday. Jalil “Broadday” Holmes, 19, of East Orange and Jakeem “Beanz” Gibson-Madison, a 24-year-old Jersey City man, belong to a gang based at the Marion Gardens Housing Complex, authorities said. A member of the gang was shot and killed in December.
