North Bergen Man, 22, Identified As Victim In Fatal Turnpike Crash The person killed in a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike Saturday in Burlington County is a 22-year-old North Bergen man, State Police said.  Mohamedam A. Elbezaz was in a rear seat of a car traveling north around 4 p.m. when the vehicle bounced off a guardrail and collided with an SUV in Mansfield Township.  Elbezaz was pronounced dead at the scene.
