Update: Service On NJ Transit Trains Restored, But With Lingering Delays Trains were stopped Wednesday morning between North Philadelphia and Penn Station New York due to a problem with overhead power lines, Amtrak said in a statement.  The outage affected Amtrak trains as well as NJ Transit's Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line and Midtown Direct rail service in both directions. Major Main Break In Guttenberg, Several Still Without Water An apartment building and a number of individual homes were still experiencing low or no water pressure hours after a main break in Guttenberg Thursday, Suez Water said in an alert.  The break occurred sometime before 6 a.m. at JFK Boulevard and 71st Street in Guttenberg. Hole Repair Jams Westbound Route 80 Traffic UPDATE: Overnight repairs had to be made on a hole that opened on westbound Route 80 in Woodland Park after a drainpipe pipe below it collapsed. Monday night rush-hour traffic was backed up to the George Washington Bridge. The crack in the pipe, which connects basins at the median to the right shoulder, created a hole between the two left lanes. Drivers were urged to take alternate routes.
