Florida-based I Heart Mac & Cheese recently announced the launch of Hoboken and Jersey City locations.  One location is expected to open this year and another in 2021. The menu boasts build-your-own mac and cheese bowls with bases of pasta, quinoa, cauliflower or broccoli, along with an array of proteins, vegetables and cheese.  A variety of grilled cheese sandwiches are also available, as are vegan and gluten-free options.
