Tractor-Trailer Topples Light Pole Outside Bergen County Supermarket No one was injured when a tractor-trailer took down a light pole and got stuck on a concrete stanchion in the parking lot of a Glen Rock supermarket. Glen Rock firefighters and members of the Fair Lawn Rescue Squad tended to a substantial oil spill from the mishap at the Super Fresh on Lincoln Avenue shortly before 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9. Firefighters Extricate Victim In Fair Lawn Rollover Fair Lawn firefighters extricated a woman from a minivan that rolled onto its side at the Hawthorne border early Wednesday evening. Members of Fair Lawn Heavy Rescue got the victim out through the rear hatch of the Honda Odyssey after it rolled on Lincoln Avenue near Harristown Road shortly before 5:30 p.m. A Hawthorne EMS unit took her to the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood with injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening. The Amazon Prime tractor-trailer was parked on the side of the northbound highway in front of the Suburban Diner when it was slammed into shortly before 1:30 a.m., they said.
