Man In WNY Hit-Run In Critical Condition, Authorities Say A New York City man was seriously injured when he was struck by a vehicle that left the scene in West New York Sunday, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said in a statement.  Police located the unconscious 56-year-old victim around 4:40 p.m. near 66th Street and Boulevard East.
