At 10:45 p.m., Belleville police notified Nutley police of two people wearing ski masks who were trying to enter homes in the township, Nutley Police Director Alphonse Petracco and Nutley Police Chief Thomas Strumolo said. Peeping Tom Peering Into Secaucus Apartment Popped By Police An Essex County man was arrested in Secaucus after police said he was seen peering into an apartment window on the evening of Sunday, April 30. Jason Rosario, a 30-year-old Belleville resident, was spotted on scene by officers and began to run, police said.  He got into a car and police initiated a traffic stop, where he was later arrested and charged with attempted burglary and criminal trespass, officers said.  He was transferred to Hudson County Jail, police said. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
