Police have charged the man who they say struck an 11-year-old boy then fled the scene earlier this week in North Bergen. Julio Seoane-Alamo, 57, was behind the wheel of the 2021 gray Ford Explorer that blew a stop sign and struck the boy at 76th Street and Hudson Avenue on Tuesday, Oct. 17, North Bergen police said. Video Shows 11-Year-Old Being Struck By Hit-Run Car In North Bergen
An 11-year-old child in North Bergen is okay after being struck by a car that subsequently fled the scene on Tuesday, Oct. 17, based on video posted online. The boy was crossing the street at 76th Street and Hudson Avenue when an SUV ran a stop sign, struck the kid and continued on without stopping. Police said they are investigating. The child's mother is urging anyone with information to come forward and help identify the driver, according to HudPost.

A 30-year-old Jersey City man believed to have fatally struck a beloved 23-year-old dog walker on his motorcycle then fled the scene was captured at the Jersey Shore, authorities said.
