Secaucus police officers responding to the Roadway Inn on the eastbound side of the highway found Antonio McNeill, 48, who was refusing to leave around 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Chief Dennis Miller said.
McNeill had two outstanding warrants: One out of Trenton for $250 and the other out of Jersey City for $100, Miller said.
He was later found with heroin and charged with hindering apprehension, according to the chief.
McNeill was served his complaint warrants and taken to the Hudson County Jail.
