Reports of a suspicious package brought an emergency response to the Port Imperial complex Wednesday afternoon.
Unconfirmed reports said a firefighter and police officer were hospitalized for evaluation in connection with may have involved hazardous waste near the Weehawken ferry terminal.
The call to 550 Ave at Port Imperial came in around 1:30 p.m.
