Passenger Flies Off Motorcycle, Dies In Route 287 Crash: Njsp
A 35-year-old woman from Wisconsin was killed in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 287 in Somerset County late Saturday, June 21, according to New Jersey State Police.
Troopers responded around 10:19 p.m. to the northbound lanes near milepost 28.4 in Bernards Township, Sgt. Charles Marchan said.
A Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a Volkswagen passenger car were both traveling north when, near milepost 28.4, the Harley-Davidson impacted the Volkswagen, Marchan said.
As a result of the collision, the vehicles ran off the road to the right, Marchan said.
