Tattoo Artist Killed In Hudson Valley A 29-year-old tattoo artist and musician was shot dead earlier this week in New York's Hudson Valley, authorities said. Sullivan County resident Michael A. Hankins, of Woodridge, was killed on Tuesday, Jan. 11 in Shawangunk in Ulster County, said the New York State Police. Walter D.
