Clifton PD: Drug-Dealing Driver Pepper-Sprayed After Resisting Arrest CLIFTON, N.J. -- Clifton police had to use pepper spray and a baton to subdue a driver who fought against being removed from his car after an overnight drug stop Wednesday, authorities said.
