Victim ID'd In Fatal 3 Vehicle Crash On I-95 Involving NJ, PA Drivers: State Police A New Jersey driver was involved in a deadly three-vehicle crash on I-95 in Bensalem Township, Bucks County on Monday, Sept. 8, at 4:58 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police announced. The Bucks County Coroner identified the 65-year-old Levittown man killed in the crash as Charles Lufkin. An autopsy was conducted on Tuesday, but Lufkin’s cause of death has not yet been revealed pending toxicology results, according to Coroner Patti Campi, who expressed her sincere condolences to the victim’s family.
