Martin Mendoza, 20, of Paterson, was found deceased in the park Friday, Feb. 28 around 12:50 p.m., Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic County Sheriff Thomas Adamo said. Mendoza had been missing since Feb. 8, his family said.
