Authorities have released new details about a fatal crash on the Palisades Interstate Parkway that claimed the life of a 16-year-old boy and injured several others, officials said. The two-car collision occurred at 5:58 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, in the southbound lanes of the Palisades Interstate Parkway near the New York state line, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. A 2025 Nissan Rogue carrying four people and a 2019 Honda CR-V were involved in the crash, Musella said.
