Antisemitic Carjacker Pleads Guilty To 2022 Jersey Shore Rampage: Prosecutors
A Manchester Township man admitted to a series of antisemitic attacks in Ocean County that hospitalized three people, including an Orthodox Jewish man who was stabbed, authorities said. Dion Marsh, 28, pleaded guilty to one count of terrorism on Wednesday, Jan. 24, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billheimer announced. Police are investigating after a shopper accidentally shot themselves inside an Ocean County wholesale store over the weekend, they said. Brick Township police officers responded to the Costco warehouse on Route 70 at around 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21, local police said. The owner of the gun is expected to survive their injuries. A Hudson County man who posed as a nurse on Facebook and the Hinge dating app kidnapped, assaulted and sexually abused several women in New Jersey and New York, federal authorities charged. Herman Calvin Brightman, 30, abducted one of the women and her 2-year-old child in the Bronx and brought them to his West New York home at knifepoint, said Damian Williams, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York. A 21-year-old Ocean County man was sentenced to prison for a 2021 road rage crash that killed another driver just weeks after his wedding. A propane tank is to blame for the home explosion that killed a 45-year-old Jersey Shore man on Tuesday, Oct. 31, authorities said. Kevin Thomas, 45, was found on his front lawn of 253 Neptune Dr., with serious burns, and airlifted to Temple Burn Center in Philadelphia after the explosion that turned into a fire ravaged his house, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
