Glen Rock PD: Passed-Out Motorist On Crack Barrels Onto Lawn GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- A motorist on crack drove onto a Glen Rock resident's lawn -- uprooting shrubs in the process -- where police found her passed out behind the wheel, authorities said. Officers who responded to Prospect Street near Locust Road just before 6 a.m. Friday found 47-year-old Kelley J. Hoskins of Rockaway Township asleep in the driver's seat of a 2015 Jetta, smelling of alcohol, Police Chief Dean Ackermann said.
