Daycare Worker, 28, Died Alongside Her Dog In NJ Apartment Fire, Charity Says Arrangements have been finalized for Emily Prather, a 28-year-old daycare worker remembered for her warmth and compassion, who died following a fire at an apartment complex in South Jersey on Saturday, Nov. 1. Prather, who was initially hospitalized following the Autumn Ridge blaze in Gloucester Township, was later pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the fire.
