Fun Is Getting Harder For Many Americans To Find, Survey Reveals A new survey suggests plenty of Americans could use a little more room for joy. Talker Research released the survey on Tuesday, May 12, after polling 5,000 US adults, 100 in each state, about whether they are having enough fun. The answer, for many, was no. The survey, commissioned by Dave & Buster's and conducted by Talker Research, found that 48 percent of Americans said their overall lives currently lack fun. The food and games chain filed a WARN notice saying it will be laying off 107 New Jersey employees. Dave & Busters -- with New Jersey locations in Wayne and Woodbridge -- could file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy if a deal with lenders isn't reached, the Wall Street Journal reports.
