Videos: 3 Stabbed, 70+ Arrested Memorial Day Weekend In Seaside Heights A curfew has been installed in Seaside Heights after more than 70 people were arrested amid multiple stabbings on the boardwalk Memorial Day weekend. Three people were stabbed and 52 adults and 21 juveniles were arrested between 6 a.m. Friday, May 23 and 6 a.m. Monday, May 26, Seaside Heights Detective Steve Korman said. On Saturday, May 24, at 8 p.m., officers responded to the Ocean Block of Webster Avenue and found a 21-year-old stabbed in the back, Korman said. Wildwood this week passed a new ordinance that requires juveniles to be accompanied by a parent or guardian between midnight and 6 a.m. unless they're going to or coming from work or a local business. A proposed ordinance suggests closing beaches from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for everyone, in the interest of public safety. Prosecutor: Fugitive Who Shot Trenton Woman Dead Captured In Delaware U.S. Marshals early Tuesday captured a Trenton man in Delaware who was wanted for shooting and killing a 24-year-old city woman earlier this month. Authorities charged Quasim Hallett, 39, with murder, among other counts, after members of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force seized him, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said. Hallett shot Quamierah Massey in the head on Hoffman Avenue in Trenton on April 5, Onofri said. She died the next day.
